Maryland Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist | Move Up ABA
As a dedicated BCBA® or RBT®, you’re ready to make your mark—helping children and families thrive through compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy. To do that, you need a team that empowers you, supports your growth, and amplifies your impact.
For over 14 years, Move Up ABA has helped hundreds of children in Maryland and Virginia build skills, confidence, and independence. But we don’t do it alone.
Our team is the reason families trust us, and why children make real, lasting progress. If you’re looking for work that means something, we’d like to meet you.
We appreciate yur dedication and ensure you’re well aware of it. Earn compensation that reflects how much we value having you on our team.
With our flexible set up, you get to plan your schedule and caseloads, choosing the cases best suited to your timing, location and professional abilities.
Our company culture is one of collaboration and camaraderie- being there to support each other through every workday’s challenges and triumphs.
Gain insightful advice, techniques and tricks from our experienced chief clinical officer, who will support you through every case.
We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standard of clinical quality, with robust protocols in place to ensure our clients get the best possible care.

You'll work one-on-one with kids in their homes and schools, building skills, staying steady through the hard moments, and celebrating the breakthroughs. When a child does something they couldn't do last week, you'll know you helped make that happen. It's not easy work. But it's fulfilling. You feel it in your heart.

You'll build treatment plans, coach RBTs in the field, and be the person families trust to see the whole picture. When the work clicks, when a child makes progress that changes a family's daily life, you'll know your fingerprints are on it.

Yes. Most insurance plans, including Medicaid, cover ABA therapy after an autism diagnosis. We handle all the paperwork so you can focus on your family.
Every child learns differently. Many families notice growth within a few months. Our goal isn’t to “fix” anyone, it’s to support your child’s development, confidence, and well-being.
Absolutely. We believe the best learning happens where your child is most comfortable—at home and in the community.
We’re clinically strong and family-centered. Our leadership has lived experience as autism parents, so empathy and ethics guide everything we do. We focus on quality of service, realistic family balance, and individualized care—not just hours on a schedule.
We support children and young adults ages 1–21, meeting each stage with strategies that respect their age, autonomy, and individuality.
Our intake specialist will walk you through the process and explain how ABA therapy works. Together, we’ll determine whether our approach aligns with your family’s needs and goals.
